Wade A. McNair is a dynamic Coach, Consultant and Communicator with over 15 years of experience in Talent Management, Corporate Learning, Leadership, HR and Organization Development.
Wade is actively engaged in coaching and consulting with corporate, non-profit and faith-based organizations. He is a gifted communicator and the creator of the myKUBETM Seminar & Workshop Series, the Authenticity EquationTM, and the Total Engagement ModelTM.
In addition to his professional practice, Wade is an Adjunct Professor at Biola University, teaching in the areas of Group & Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Industrial / Organizational Psychology. Wade is also a Faculty Member at APU Graduate School of Business and Management, teaching in the areas of Human Resources, Employee Development, Organization Development and Leading Change.
